Conducting investigations and amassing essential evidence for disciplinary proceedings;
Presiding over and/or prosecuting internal disciplinary hearings;
Advising on internal disciplinary hearings;
Advising on and representation in litigation of labour disputes at the CCMA and Labour Court;
Advising on retrenchments and disciplinary inquiry procedures;
Representation at Bargaining Councils and other forums or tribunals.
